This started out of necessity.

I (Jenna) struggled for years with skin that reacted to almost everything. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t find a lotion that truly moisturized without leaving me greasy, breaking me out, or making my skin red and irritated. I spent hours searching for specialty products, hoping something would finally work.

That’s when I discovered tallow.

The more I learned, the more it made sense. Grass‑fed beef tallow is naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, along with skin‑supporting fatty acids that closely resemble our skin’s own natural oils. It has been used for generations because of how beautifully it works in harmony with the skin’s moisture barrier.

So I went down the rabbit hole — researching, learning, and eventually teaching myself how to make my own lotions.

What I discovered along the way surprised me. Many tallow products on the market didn’t include additional vitamin E for antioxidant support, and most used oils that I personally couldn’t tolerate. That’s when we decided to do things differently.

We carefully choose every ingredient with allergies and sensitivities in mind. We use only jojoba oil and argan oil — nothing extra, nothing unnecessary — and we add vitamin E intentionally. Every formula is crafted to be simple, nourishing, and thoughtfully balanced.

And then something unexpected happened.

My skin changed. I wasn’t getting greasy within an hour of putting makeup on. The redness and constant irritation calmed down. My skin felt comfortable.

I began using it on our five‑year‑old daughter’s dry, bumpy arms. Then our teens wanted to try it as part of their skincare routine. Seeing how well it worked for our entire family completely changed the way we viewed skincare.

After months of making it just for us, we let friends try it. We heard the same kind of feedback again and again.

This didn’t just change my skin — it changed the way we think about what we put on our bodies.

Today, we handcraft our products in small batches using Pennsylvania grass‑fed beef tallow and thoughtfully sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers. We believe in simple formulations, real ingredients, and honoring the way skin was designed to function.
