Processing Times
All products are handmade in small batches in Pennsylvania.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, launches, or high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Protection
We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If shipping protection is selected, claims must be submitted according to the instructions provided in your confirmation email.
If shipping protection is not purchased, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility — though we will always do our best to assist.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact hello@thetallowshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you promptly.
