Subscription Terms

Your order will automatically renew according to your selected delivery schedule.
You will receive reminder notifications prior to renewal.
Subscriptions may be edited or canceled after your second processed order (initial order plus one renewal).
Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

You are responsible for managing your subscription prior to renewal.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of handmade skincare products, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact hello@thetallowshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo documentation.

Shipping protection, if selected at checkout, must be handled according to the instructions provided in your confirmation email.

Ingredient Transparency & Personal Sensitivities

We provide full ingredient listings on every product page. It is your responsibility to review ingredients prior to purchase, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

We are not responsible for individual reactions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
